Notice of the Establishment of Dinos Cinema Inc. and Share Transfer to Sasaki General Management Inc.
GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and Chairman of the Board: Nao Kataoka, Representative Director and President: Mai Shin) announced that its group company GENDA GiGO Entertainment Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Satoshi Ueno, hereinafter “GENDA GiGO Entertainment”) established a wholly owned subsidiary Dinos Cinema Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Shinichi Sasaki, hereinafter “Dinos Cinema”) on August 22, 2022. In addition, GENDA GiGO Entertainment has entered into a share transfer agreement today with Sasaki General Management Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Takehiko Sasaki, hereinafter “Sasaki General Management”) to transfer a portion of its shares of Dinos Cinema to Sasaki General Management.
About Dinos Cinema
Dinos Cinema is a company established jointly by GENDA GiGO Entertainment and Sasaki General Management for the purpose of operating a movie theater chain business. As of October 1, 2022, Dinos Cinema will succeed the movie theater chain business, which has been operated for many years by Sugai Dinos Inc. in Hokkaido. Sasaki Kogyo Inc. and Sasaki General Management operate 14 movie theater chains under their corporate brand “Cinema Sunshine”, including the Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro. By operating jointly with Sasaki General Management, GENDA GiGO Entertainment aims to further grow its facilities to provide more enjoyable theater experiences for customers in Hokkaido.

2. The succession date of the movie theater chain business to Dinos Cinema from Sugai Dinos Inc. has been changed to October 1, 2022, from September 30, 2022, which was previously stated
3. The recipient of the share transfer by GENDA GiGO Entertainment has been resolved to Sasaki General Management, although it had been previously stated as Sasaki Kogyo Inc.
