GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Nao Kataoka; hereinafter collectively referred to as “GENDA,” including its group companies) announces that we have resolved that GENDA’s group company, National Entertainment Network, LLC (Headquarters: Colorado, USA; President and CEO: Atsushi Iyoda; hereinafter “NEN”), will acquire the mall-based mini-location business of VENUplus, Inc. (Headquarters: Orlando, Florida, USA; Executive Chairman: George Russell; hereinafter “VENU+”).

The mini-location business of VENU+ operates approximately 1,100 mini-locations (mainly a gaming corner with 30 or less game machines installed) in hundreds of malls throughout the U.S. Similar to NEN, which joined GENDA in November 2024, and Player One Amusement Group Inc., which disclosed its participation in GENDA in April 2025, we expect to further increase sales by installing mini-cranes on the huge network owned by VENU+ and introducing “Kawaii” prizes as well as other prizes unique to GENDA, including Japanese anime IPs that are planned for the future. In addition, we will also make the management more efficient by sharing Kiddleton’s know-how, integrating maintenance networks, integrating operations such as cash collection and prize replenishment, and leveraging game equipment procurement functions.

To realize our aspiration of “More fun for your days,” we will continue to globally expand our entertainment network in the U.S. as well by advancing roll-up M&A in amusement. We will strive to create attractive facilities so that our customers can enjoy around the world.
