The List recognizes women who demonstrate outstanding leadership and play an active role in the world of film distribution.
For nearly 30 years at GAGA, Odake has been involved in the planning and production of both domestic and international films, as well as the acquisition and distribution of numerous critically acclaimed titles, including Academy Award winners. In November 2025, she launched the in-house art house film distribution label “NOROSHI A GAGA LABEL,” dedicating efforts to connecting audiences with global cinema in Japan’s foreign film market.
