Details regarding the store openings are as follows:

●United States: In partnership with Kiddleton US, LLC (Headquarters: United States; Chairman and President: Atsushi Iyoda), a group company of GENDA Americas, Inc., which oversees GENDA’s operations in North America, we are planning a store opening in San Francisco target late 2026.
●United Kingdom: We have concluded a FC agreement with a local partner company on the premise of opening 30 stores over a three-year period.
●France: Through a FC agreement with a local partner, we plan to open 10 stores, primarily in the South of France region, with our first French store scheduled to open by the end of 2026.

We aim to expand our business in the global market by further elevating the brand presence that Sweet Pixels has built through operating its existing stores, driving store expansion in the United Kingdom as well as our initial entries into the United States and France.
In order to realize the Aspiration of “More fun for your days,” GENDA will continue to deliver a diverse range of entertainment experiences.
