GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and Chairman of the Board: Nao Kataoka, Representative Director and President: Mai Shin) announced the new management team of its company following the election and appointment of the Board of Directors at the Annual Shareholders Meeting and the Board Meeting held on April 27, 2022.
In addition, GENDA announced the new management structure of its group company GENDA GiGO Entertainment Inc. effective as of May 1.

Independent Outside Director / Attorney: Aya Nomura
Ms. Aya Nomura graduated from Keio University Faculty of Law and Rikkyo University Graduate School of Law. She has been practicing law as an attorney since December 2007 and worked at Torikai Law Office and Wadakura Gate Law Office. She has experience in a range of areas including litigation, advising on corporate governance, supporting shareholder and board meetings, incident investigations and responses, corporate crime, internal reporting, human resources and labor issues, preparation and review of legal documents such as contracts and regulations, and a wide range of corporate legal matters.

Mr. Sugita graduated from Ohara Bookkeeping School and joined Takara Amusement Co., Ltd. in 1992, where he engaged in sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions during corporate restructuring. After leaving the company in 2008, he was appointed as Managing Director of Synergy Inc. (now Dentsu Medical Communications Inc.). After succession of the business, he was appointed as Managing Director of the newly established Takarajima Holdings Co., Ltd. (now Takarajima Co., Ltd.) in 2013.
