GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Chairman of the Board: Nao Kataoka; Representative Director and President: Mai Shin ; hereinafter “GENDA”) announces that its Board　of Directors has resolved today that GENDA GiGO Entertainment Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kazuhiro Ninomiya; hereinafter “GENDA GiGO Entertainment”), a GENDA Inc. group company, will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of SANDAI Co.Ltd.(Headquarters: KitaKyushu City, Fukuoka; CEO : Kazuyo Nakama ; hereinafter “SANDAI”), which operates the amusement arcade “SMILE STATION” and amusement rental business (mini-location business) in the Kyushu region.
SANDAI’s participation in the GENDA group will add 9 amusement arcades and 192 mini-locations operated by the GENDA group.GENDA will continue to expand its network of amusement centers, aiming to create amusement centers that offer even greater enjoyment to its customers.
