GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Nao Kataoka; hereinafter collectively referred to as “GENDA” including its group companies) announces that we will change the name of Kiddleton, Inc. to GENDA Americas, Inc. (hereinafter “GENDA Americas”) and establish a function to oversee our North American business in order to strengthen the management structure in North America.
Since 2024, GENDA has been aggressively pursuing M&A and has significantly increased the number of our locations in North America. We will restructure the organization of our North American business to enable more swift and efficient management in this phase of business expansion. We plan to consolidate our group companies in North America into three within 2026.

We will appoint Atsushi Iyoda, Executive Officer and Head of U.S. operations, who has led the North American business, as President & CEO, Yuki Yoshikai, Vice President of Kiddleton, Inc. as Executive Vice President & CSO, John Kolliniatis, President & CEO of Player One Amusement Group Inc. and Randy Chilton, CRO of National Entertainment Network, LLC, as Executive Officers.
GENDA will continue to expand the GENDA Entertainment Ecosystem in Japan and abroad to realize our Aspiration of “More fun for your days.”

■ Comment from Atsushi Iyoda, Executive Officer and Head of U.S. operations of GENDA
Founded in July 2019, GENDA’s U.S. subsidiary, Kiddleton, Inc. was initially established to develop amusement arcades for kids. However, when business expansion became difficult due to the impact of COVID-19, we pivoted to the “mini-location” (mainly a gaming corner with 30 or fewer game machines installed) business. Starting with installations in Japanese-affiliated supermarkets, the business was so well-received that it exceeded our expectations. As a result, the number of our installation locations expanded to 600 in about four years. Furthermore, due to ongoing M&A in North America since last year, the number of our locations has rapidly expanded, reaching 13,000 as of the end of July 2025.
Currently, we have several group companies in North America. In order to further strengthen our management structure during this phase of business expansion, we have decided to change the name of Kiddleton, Inc. to GENDA Americas, Inc. and to take control of the entire North American business.
Going forward, we will continue our efforts to improve the competitiveness of our North American business by swiftly and cross-functionally sharing the strengths and know-how of each company across the board.
