We are pleased to announce that Shin Corporation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tadashi Kawaguchi; hereinafter referred to as “Shin Corporation”), a group company of GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Nao Kataoka), has decided to acquire one karaoke facility (Location: 2-chome, Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) operated by Giuoco Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kentaro Inagaki), which runs a karaoke facility operation business, etc., effective February 1, 2026, and concluded an agreement to acquire fixed assets such as store assets etc. of the karaoke facility and a lease agreement on the commercial property. The store will be newly opened as “Karaoke BanBan Ochanomizu” on March 6, 2026, under the operation by Shin Corporation.
