Eligible shareholders

Shareholders who are listed or recorded in our shareholders' register as of the last day of January and the last day of July of each year as holding one unit (100 shares) or more, and who have continuously held such shares for six months or more are eligible. Shareholders who have continuously held the shares for six months or longer are defined as those who have been listed or recorded as holding one unit (100 shares) or more under the same shareholder number in the Company's shareholder registry as of the last day of January and the last day of July two or more times in a row.

Details of the shareholder benefit program

The Company will present "Benefit point" on "GENDA Shareholder Benefit App."

• Eligible shareholders will receive a "Notice of Shareholder Benefits" and "login ID and password for the GENDA Shareholder Benefit App" around April and October of each year.
• Benefit points will be given to shareholders eligible for shareholder benefits in April and October of each year.
• The validity period of "Benefit point" is six months from the date on which the points are granted (by October 31 and April 30 of each year).
• You can change your "Benefit point" to "Coupon" of your choice on the app.
• Please present the "Coupon" to the staff at the store to redeem the coupon.
• For detailed instructions on how to use "GENDA Shareholder Benefit App", please refer to the "Notice of Shareholder Benefits" which will be sent to eligible shareholders.

The validity period

The validity period for "Benefit point" is six months from the start date of the "Coupon Usage Period" (*Start date of the "Coupon Usage Period": The start date for using "Benefit point" granted in April is May 1 every year, and the start date for using "Benefit point" granted in October is November 1 every year).
For shareholders who are eligible as of January 31, "Benefit point" will be given in April and these can be used from May 1. The given "Benefit point" will be valid till October 31.
For shareholders who are eligible as of July 31, "Benefit point" will be given in October and these can be used from November 1. The given "Benefit point" will be valid till April 30 of the next year.

  As follows:

  • Game machines subject to the shareholder benefit: all game machines (excluding medal rental)
  • Spending limit: 500 points per day
  • Notes: Shareholder benefits cannot be used for the following services.
    ・Services operated by GiGO other than amusement arcades (such as bowling, collaboration cafes, poker, shisha cafes, indoor play facilities (Fun Village, Little Planet, etc.), online services, etc.).
    ・Services that only dispense products (such as a capsule toy machine).
    ・Services that require payment at a register (such as merchandise, lottery tickets, and food and drinks).

  Can shareholder benefits under the name of a child who does not have a smartphone be used with the parent's smartphone? If yes, what happens to the daily spending limit of 500 points at "GiGO"?

  Yes, you can use the shareholder benefits in this case. Please login to "GENDA Shareholder Benefit App" with the login ID under your child's name to use the app. Please note that the maximum amount of usage at GiGO stores is 500 points per day per login ID.

  When I use the coupon at "Karaoke BanBan," if the amount of the bill is less than that of the coupon, can I get change?

  Even if the amount of your bill is less than that of the coupon, we cannot refund the difference or give you change.

  Is it possible to use multiple coupons in one bill when I use at "Karaoke BanBan"?

  Yes, it is possible. For example, you can use a 1,000-yen coupon and a 500-yen coupon to get a discount of 1,500 yen on a single bill.

  Is it possible to use coupons of multiple shareholders in one bill when I use at "Karaoke BanBan"?

  Yes, it is possible. For example, you can use 500-yen coupons of two shareholders to get a discount of 1,000 yen on a single bill.

  Can I transfer shareholder benefits to another person?

  The purpose of the shareholder benefit program is to thank our shareholders for their ongoing support, to further deepen their understanding of our business, and to encourage more people to hold our shares by making them more attractive to investors. Therefore, the transfer of shareholder benefits to third parties is prohibited by our terms of use.

  If I held 100 shares at the end of January 2025 and 500 shares at the end of July 2025 with the same shareholder number, how many shareholder benefit points can I receive in the mailing scheduled for October 2025?

  You will receive 10,000 points.
