GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter “GENDA”) announced that Kiddleton, Inc. (Headquarters: Texas, US), its group company in the United States, will acquire “PAC-MAN ENTERTAINMENT”, an entertainment facility complex, from NAMCO USA INC. (Headquarters: Ilinois, US).
In addition, “PAC-MAN ENTERTAINMENT” will be renamed to “ENTERRIUM”.
