On 20 November 2023, the GENDA Group (hereinafter ‘GENDA Group’) resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors to acquire the mini-locations (*1) operation business (planned number of locations: 117) from Global Solutions, Inc.  (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Jun Kawate; President: Daisuke Korai; hereinafter, “Global Solutions”), a company involved in the real estate business and the operation of amusement arcades, etc.
　At the end of October, GENDA Group had 263 “GiGO” amusement arcades and other facilities in Japan and abroad. In addition, GENDA Group operates a total of 299 mini-locations, 84 in Japan and 215 overseas, and the addition of the 117 locations to be acquired this time is expected to bring the total number of mini-locations GENDA Group operates in Japan and overseas to 458. This will enable GENDA Group to deliver its entertainment experiences to an even greater number of people. GENDA Group will continue to aim to create places for fans to enjoy through the operation of amusement arcades and mini-locations. （The number of locations to be acquired is subject to change.)
