(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kazuhiro Ninomiya; hereinafter “GENDA GiGO Entertainment”), a GENDA Inc. group company, will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of AMEX Co.,Ltd (Headquarters: Gifu City,Gifu; CEO: Satoru Manabe; hereinafter “AMEX”), which operates the amusement arcade “FANTASIAN” and amusement rental business (mini-location business) in the Chubu area. The participation of AMEX in the GENDA Group will increase the number of amusement arcades operated by the GENDA Group by three.GENDA will continue to expand its network of amusement centers, aiming to create amusement centers that offer even greater enjoyment to its customers.
