(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Chairman of the Board: Nao Kataoka; Representative Director and President: Mai Shin; hereinafter “GENDA”) has announced that we will execute, on November 1, 2024, the acquisition of all equity interests of Claw Holdings, LLC (Headquarters: Colorado, USA; Executive Chairman: Adam Wolfberg, hereinafter “Claw Holdings”), which owns National Entertainment Network, LLC (Headquarters: Colorado, USA; Executive Chairman: Adam Wolfberg; hereinafter “National Entertainment Network”), which operates a mini-location (non-staffed game rooms with amusement vending machines) business in the United States (ref. press release dated June 11, 2024) because GENDA’s group company, Kiddleton, Inc. (Headquarters: Dallas, Texas, USA; President & CEO: Atsushi Iyoda; hereinafter “Kiddleton”), got approval from the U.S. authorities for the permits and approvals required to operate a mini-location business in the United States.

Since its establishment in 2019, Kiddleton has been dealing with Japanese-style small prize game machines and prizes with Japanese-style “Kawaii” designs, which previously did not exist in the US market.
