GENDA GiGO Entertainment Inc. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Satoshi Ueno, hereinafter “GENDA GiGO Entertainment”) announced today that it has acquired all shares of Takarajima Inc. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo, President: Katsuyuki Sakashita).

Deal Overview

The mission of GENDA GiGO Entertainment is to create smiles and excitement through our “Tanoshi-ba (entertainment facilities)”. It operates approximately 200 amusement arcades nationwide and is the third-largest amusement arcade operator.

The acquisition of shares of Takarajima Inc. will add 24 stores to GENDA GiGO Entertainment, enabling the company to provide its entertainment to a larger number of customers in a wider area. By leveraging the expertise and knowledge that both companies have developed, GENDA GiGO Entertainment aims to create even more enjoyable amusement arcades.
