Ltd. Code No.7647” was commenced on 28 June 2024 and ended on 13 August 2024. As a result of the tender offer, the Company will hold 72.92% of ONTSU’s shares as of 19 August 2024 and ONTSU Co., Ltd. （Headquarters: Kita-ku,Osaka City; Representative Director and President:Kunihiko Okamura; hereinafter “ONTSU”）will join GENDA Group. With the completion of this tender offer, GENDA Group will accelerate collaboration in the karaoke business.
