We are pleased to announce that Shin Corporation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tadashi Kawaguchi; hereinafter “Shin Corporation”), which is a group company of GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Nao Kataoka; hereinafter collectively referred to as “GENDA,” including its group companies), decided to acquire one karaoke facility (Location: 1-chome, Chayama, Jonan-ku, Fukuoka city, Fukuoka) operated by Dream Hunt Inc. (Headquarters: Miyaki-gun, Saga; Representative Director and President: Katsuya Yamaguchi), which runs a karaoke facility operation business, etc., effective September 1, 2025, and concluded an agreement to acquire fixed assets such as store assets etc. of the karaoke facility and a lease agreement on the commercial property.
The store will be newly opened as “Karaoke BanBan Chayama” on October 24, 2025, under the operation by Shin Corporation.
