Under this new structure in North America, corporate functions shared across group companies will be centralized under GENDA Americas, Inc. Simultaneously, business operations will be integrated into Kiddleton US, LLC for the United States and Kiddleton Canada, Inc. for Canada. Through this reorganization, we will optimize our organizational structure while enhancing our sales proposal capabilities and accelerating decision-making. Our goal is to improve overall operational efficiency and bolster our competitive edge. By rapidly sharing expertise across our group companies, we will accelerate improvement initiatives for our 12,000+ mini-locations (mainly a gaming corner with 30 or fewer game machines installed) in North America. We are committed to evolving these locations into a powerful platform that bridges Japan and North America, driving further growth.
