(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director and Chairman of the Board: Nao Kataoka; President and President: Mai Shin; hereinafter “GENDA”), announces that it has resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors held today to acquire all shares of Kiddleton, Inc.(Headquarters: Dallas, Texas, USA; President & CEO: Atsushi Iyoda; hereinafter “Kiddleton”) also a group company.

At the same time, GENDA GiGO Entertainment plans to establish an Overseas Business Division. Atsushi Iyota, GENDA’s Executive Officer, Head of U.S. Operations, and President & CEO of Kiddleton, will be appointed as the General Manager of the Overseas Business Division, which will be in charge of this department. He has long served as representative director of amusement-related companies based in Vietnam, the Philippines, and the U.S., and has extensive experience in promoting business overseas. He will lead GENDA GiGO Entertainment’s overseas business division by utilizing his accumulated knowledge.
