GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairman of the Board: Nao Kataoka, Representative Director and President; Mai Shin; hereinafter “GENDA”) announced today that Shin Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Susumu Kawaguchi; hereinafter “Shin Corporation”) has agreed to acquire the fixed assets of one karaoke facility (located in Wakabayashi-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture) operated by ATOM Corporation (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President; Kimihiro Tanaka, hereinafter “ATOM”), which operates a karaoke facility management business, to acquire the store assets and other fixed assets of one karaoke facility. The store is scheduled to open in November 2024 as “Karaoke BanBan Sendai Yamatomachi” under the management of Shin Corporation.
