GENDA Inc. On April 1 (Mon.), we opened “LEMONADE by Lemonica,” a standalone lemonade specialty store operated by our group company LEMONADE by Lemonica Co.  on the 2nd floor of “GiGO Sohonten”. In addition, the Company announced two M&A transactions involving amusement arcades. SANDAI Co.Ltd. which operates “SMILE STATION” and mini-location business, etc., and AMEX Co.,Ltd which operates “FANTASIAN” will join the GENDA Inc. group.
